Las Vegas Resort & Hotel pickup times may vary by location. Pick-up times are between 90 and 110 minutes before tour start times. Please be courteous to other participants and promptly show up on time at the tour bus area or launch location provided on the confirmation email. Please have your cellular phone on and available. Shuttles generally arrive back to Las Vegas Resort & Hotels between 45 and 60 minutes after the kayak tour ends. Shuttle times vary with traffic.

- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the shuttle pick-up time by replying to the email confirmation requesting cancellation.
- If canceled 48 hours in advance, the tour will be refunded, minus 3% processing fee.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
- Custom group bookings (ten or more participants) and promotional priced tours are non-refundable upon booking confirmation.
- Evolution Expeditions reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather or unsafe conditions, in which case the tour will be rescheduled or a full refund issued.
