To kick off the series, meet an Evolution Expeditions guide favorite: BC Dam Tacos. Owner Rolando Medrano runs this small taco truck in Boulder City’s industrial area, where he and his family have built a strong reputation for great food and friendly service.
When BC Dam Tacos opened, the line stretched halfway down the block. Rolando had recently left his Forest Service job to open a business that would give him more time with his family, and the community responded. Years later, the family is still serving delicious Mexican dishes right here in our hometown.

They are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., closed Saturday, and open Sunday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
