Evolution Expeditions Policies
American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa are accepted. Participants are required to book tour(s) through the Evolution Expeditions web site or by calling our office. Once tour is confirmed, pre-authorized funds are captured. An email will be sent confirming your booking that provides where and when information regarding your tour. Upon booking confirmation, $40 per person, per tour is non-refundable and non-transferable. Request date and or tour changes by replying to your email confirmation. Any and all date or tour changes will incur a $40 per participant charge. Single booking participants, Evolution Expeditions will provide confirmation within 48 hours of tour start, as there are minimum participant requirements.
If you wish to cancel a tour, you must cancel 48 hours in advance of your shuttle pick-up time or tour meet-up time if you are using your own method of transportation, by replying to your email confirmation requesting cancellation. If canceled 48 hours in advance, the tour will be refunded, minus $40 per person, per tour. If canceled within 48 hours of your tour start time, the tour is non-refundable. Custom, group bookings (ten or more participants) and promotional priced tours are non-refundable upon booking confirmation.
*We try to accommodate folks the best we can by rescheduling for a different date or holding a credit for a future visit. Please note: these courtesies are based on manager discretion and additional fees may apply.
Evolution Expeditions reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather or unsafe conditions. In this case, the tour(s) will be rescheduled or full refund issued. Evolution Expeditions will not be held responsible for weather such as wind, waves, rain, heat, or unforeseen circumstances. Evolution Expeditions will do everything in its power to ensure tours are as described. Evolution Expeditions may change routes, locations, or times for the safety of participants and guides. Our guides reserve the right to move the group around if they deem necessary for the safety of our guests. All participants must sign a Release of Liability Waiver and Declaration of Fitness prior to tour. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, ailments, disabilities, allergies, injuries or other conditions that may affect the safety of yourself and other participants.
